It features a 140.0 × 122.8 mm photosensitive area, 100 µm pixel pitch, up to 1272 × 1104 effective pixels, and a GOS scintillator for detailed digital X-ray imaging. With 16-bit output, Gigabit Ethernet connectivity, a typical frame rate of 21 fps, low noise, and support for X-ray tube voltages up to 160 kV, it is well suited for electronics, component, assembly, and general industrial inspection applications.

C12300

The Hamamatsu C12300 series consists of high-speed X-ray TDI cameras designed for continuous inline inspection of moving products, including electronics, batteries, metal sheets, separators, and large PCBs. The series combines 48 µm pixels, 150-stage TDI integration, CsI scintillators, and sensitive areas up to approximately 293 mm wide to deliver high-resolution, high-sensitivity imaging across broad inspection areas. Depending on the model, it supports line speeds up to 144 m/min, X-ray tube voltages up to approximately 180 kV, bidirectional scanning, real-time correction, and Camera Link output for integration into automated production lines.

C17300

The Hamamatsu C17300 series consists of X-ray TDI-CMOS cameras designed for highly accurate inline inspection of fast-moving products. By combining a CMOS area sensor with the summed or averaged output of multiple sensor lines, the cameras deliver high sensitivity and resolution at conveyor speeds from 4 to 200 m/min. The series offers detection widths of 307.5, 410, or 615 mm, a 0.4 mm pixel pitch, a Gd scintillator, 14-bit digital output, USB 3.0 connectivity, and compatibility with X-ray tube voltages from 10 to 160 kV, making it suitable for automated food, packaging, and industrial inspection systems.
